Toolkit for Thinking (TFT) Global is a non-profit initiative that seeks to empower pre-teen children through the medium of short compelling video stories. Designed for ages 4–12, TFT uses peer-to-peer storytelling to spark problem-solving, critical thinking, and basic human values in young minds.
We collect, curate and share inspirational real-life stories from children around the world that showcase problem-solving, spark critical thinking, and celebrate universal values. Uniquely, these stories are told by children, for children in their native languages, creating a powerful peer-to-peer learning experience. Our stories plant seeds of creativity, compassion, and resilience in young minds – and we make them freely accessible to every child, with a special focus on reaching those who need it most. At its core, TFT is built on a simple idea: real children’s stories can inspire real change in any child, anywhere.

Mayuri Agarwal is an education and programme strategy professional with 12+ years of experience across experiential learning, edtech and social impact. At TFT, she leads programmes, strategy and the development of partnerships and systems to take the initiative from pilot to scale.
